I’m Essence Prymus — wife, mom, creative dreamer, author, and relentless believer in God’s transformative love. I’m a woman after God’s heart, passionate about encouraging, edifying, and empowering women to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

For years, I juggled callings, careers, and quiet whispers from the Lord, wondering how all the pieces fit. The answer came in a single posture: sitting at His feet. In that place of stillness, God birthed LuvEssence—a ministry of events where women swap striving for abiding and discover the power that flows from intimacy with Christ.

Alongside LuvEssence, I’m also the host and founder of the Bible StudTea podcast — a space where I spill the tea on the Word of God, sharing what really went down in the Scriptures while joyfully dispelling the myth that the Bible is boring. It’s real, relatable, and rooted in truth — created to uplift and equip women to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

I’m also the author of 90 Biblical Affirmations for Christ Followers, a devotional resource designed to encourage and strengthen believers in their daily walk with Jesus.

My heart is to see women rooted in Scripture, tuned to God’s voice, and surrounded by Christ-minded community.My why is because a woman who knows Jesus personally can change homes, workplaces, and generations.My joy comes from watching women rise — confident, obedient, and radiant — after encountering Him together.

I know what it’s like to wrestle with doubt and wonder if the dreams God placed in your heart will ever come to pass. But let me remind you — it’s not too late! God’s timing is perfect, and His promises over your life are still yes and amen. (2 Corinthians 1:20).
